The room was super clean and stylish. I found it quiet at night. the location is prime. It made getting about the city easy. the rooftop bar offered a great experience. the staff was quite friendly.

limited space unattractive view
the room i had was quite small. there was limited space for luggage. this made it difficult to move around comfortably. also, the view from the window was not appealing. it looked out onto a rather unattractive service area. this detracted from the overall experience.

amazing location helpful staff rooftop bar small room loud ac missing waste basket
The location was AMAZING, very close to many attractions. The staff was helpful and always greeted me warmly. The rooftop bar offered great views. I could even see the Empire State Building!
The room was quite small, I barely had room for my luggage. The ac unit was VERY loud and hard to control. I also found the lack of a proper waste basket annoying, only a small one was in the bathroom.

the location was perfect. it was central to everything and easily walkable. i found it perfect during the holiday months. the hotel is close enough to travel or subway to other areas of the city. the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly.
