i found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. a multi-head charging cable by the phone was a NICE touch. the location was super central, yet the street remained quiet.

The location was AMAZING, very close to many attractions. The staff was helpful and always greeted me warmly. The rooftop bar offered great views. I could even see the Empire State Building!
The room was quite small, I barely had room for my luggage. The ac unit was VERY loud and hard to control. I also found the lack of a proper waste basket annoying, only a small one was in the bathroom.

the location was perfect. it was central to everything and easily walkable. i found it perfect during the holiday months. the hotel is close enough to travel or subway to other areas of the city. the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly.
